It just is

New Age Comments & Graphicskk

Is it just me, or has anyone else out there noticed this new social meme which has appeared in the last few years?

The social trend within the alternative health/meditation arenas, where people are mind-controlled to parrot the term “It just is”

Ohhhh pleaseee. I almost want to collapse on the spot with immediate fatigue when I hear people use this sound bite. Especially when they say it with that fixed artificial smile and softy softy tone of voice. Usually with their head to one side.

It is another meaningless programmed sound-bite to defuse any level of social uprising, therefore creating APATHY. An excuse to do sweet FA about the situation out there. Just constantly work on yourself, be selfish, allow shit to happen to others, be comfortable and do fluffy meaningless meditation.

Please understand, I am a great advocate of spiritual meditation, to go within. But this fluffy style of meditation is just about feeling nice n cozy, whilst everything around you crumbles. Take zero action, don’t get involved – because it just is.

Similarly they also repeat the theme that they mustn’t judge others. And things are not right nor wrong. Wot! So a man kicks a puppy against a wall and we mustn’t deem that wrong – mustn’t be judgmental. What can these people not be made to repeat?

This tends to go hand-in-hand with another favorite throwaway phrase which has been set into the social ether – “Live in the now.”

I want to say to these people – Well that sounds wonderful, but what does it actually mean? Have you really thought about it? How does that equate with your responsibilities to your family, community and helping others? Or are you just another repeater?

Live in the now – is indeed a true spiritual value, because in reality it is our only moment. However these clever bastards, have twisted this important spiritual concept, along with their polluted interpretation of the true spiritual word consciousness. It’s just more pseudo spiritual jargon to make these serious spiritual elements meaningless. To live in the now, whilst adopting a true spiritual approach to life, means doing what you can NOW, in order to help others around you.

Plan now, organise now, prepare now, invest now, share now, help now, speak now, buy now, store now. Do all and everything you can NOW, is a normal and natural way to make life better in the near future. That’s living in the now.

To think this sound bite it just is meme has been manufactured in a think tank somewhere, to enhance their agenda. More packaged selfishness blended in with new-age jargon to keep the goyim inactive and dazed.

It’s truly incredible what people get suckered into believing and repeating. Non critical thinking. And to think they pay for this mind control too.

  1. Just like “Oh well, you can’t do anything about the weather.” Said without looking up at the sky. “You’re old, you’ll get dementia.” “Nearly everyone gets cancer these days.” “We must all do a fun run for a cancer charity.” “He’s a dentist/doctor, he wouldn’t do anything to harm me.” That’s just the way it is.

I agree with you about the vapid, mind-controlled inanity of this phrase. However, there is one that is far more evil and pernicious. Take the same phrases you used at the end of this article, and instead of intoning, “It Just Is”, try the new Universal Mantra: “Whatever!”

    • Welcome to DFT LC,

Agree. It all comes from the same mindset though……SELFISHNESS. I don’t care, apathy, as long as I’m all right Jack. As long as my back yard is ok, sod everyone else. But all that eventually comes back on us.

      Thank you for contributing.

but living in the now has so much deep meaning for me Digger. Even I first got triggered in my head to change my mindset and my way of thinking was when I stumbled into Eckhart Toole’s book called The Power of Now (in Indonesian language) and it’s really profound..

    • I agree, the actual meaning is very deep and profound Dian. You are so right. It’s just these tricksters have polluted the message, to make it almost meaningless. To convert people with so much potential into selfish apathetic souls, who will not fight back. All they are left with with their water-down versions of new-age spirituality are sound-bites. Be careful of Eckhart Tolle!

May I suggest the golden rule is to stick to the pure sources when reading spiritual scripture. The original texts of the original saints and prophets, so to speak. Not modern day interpretations of these original texts. Always the true source. The Gita, the Vedas, the original Sufi scriptures, etc.

      Thank you again for contributing.

But that’s what makes it crazee Digger coz I do get what you mean, I’ve been sort of choosing myself to be in this madness for more than a year now coz I wanna know what is up with these moronic people, what is the deal with them , coz I’ve never found the most asshole people more than them and everything you say and think I agree Digger. And plz don’t worry, when you say be careful with Eckhart Toole, like right now I’m gonna unfollow him on twitter coz I trust you in what you know.. Thought I have to admit it was through his book in Indonesian language that I found in some book store the door of my new understanding in myself in life began.. but I don’t follow his other stuff. I just like to learn stuff from everybody which done some good in me and move on..

      • Yes, don’t feel alone Dian, these people are lost souls. We feel your frustration. I have written lots about new-age/pseudo spiritual type people. I think that’s a clean healthy attitude Dian, by just moving on. We all have gone down that route at some point. We all have been at the NWO/Illuminati level and the same for this water-down spirituality. I think it may not have been a waste of your time/energy, it was perhaps the spiritual stage you were ready for, an opening so to speak.

The point is we need the real deal now. The only problem is, when you go to books such a The Bhagavad Gita etc it’s initially a hard slog. None of it makes sense at first. One has to gear crunch to adjust to that ancient language/definitions. Everything in these sections have multiple meanings. But ……..it is worth persevering with. You will feel SO enriched and pleased you have gently slowly persisted with this knowledge. I’ve found out the real Truth is not there on the surface for us to easily pick up (as Ekarart presents it); we almost have to prove to the Truth (The Divine) that we really mean business, we really want to know. Then with enough consistent intent – it comes to us. We have to become devotees to the Absolute Truth…..to consciousness.

Hope that makes sense. Don’t wana sound pretentious, but this is just my experience. I have such a long way to go myself.

I think Eknath Easwaran’s books are a terrific interpretation of the Gita for us. I know people who have met him and his wife. He really was the real deal. But then we should still be reading the original scriptures. http://www.easwaran.org/

        Hope this helps.
