10 Ways To Help Draw Out Critical Thinking

Critical Thinking

k

I do believe we all have the ability to think critically; it’s just that there have been so many elements which have been deliberately put in our way to stop this from happening. Basically from stop us working out that we’ve been had. And to prevent us from coming up with solutions to get ourselves out of this mess.

1/. Get rid the TV

This weapon of mass deception has to go from your life, if you want to really engage yourself in CT! This has to be not only one of the biggest mind control weapons out there, but a destructive force for free-thinking, cognitive reasoning and creative thought. Television keeps us in a passive alpha mode mindset. It literally programmes us. This is the antipathy of what we need for CT. It absolutely has to go!!! 2/. Try hard to clean up

Dare I say it ‘yet again’ we become what we absorb.

Just like as the TV is a destructive energy. So is anything we ingest, absorb and practice. If we are inducing low vibrational negative energy, we are simply going to become this energy. Everything is energy. We could more accurately say we become the energy to which we resonate with. Please links below titled ‘Clean up’ and ‘Well being’

3/. Walk

This one is a biggy. Every great thinker, poet, writer, and influential soul that I have observed have been great walkers. Of course there are exceptions to the rule and many disabled people have been great movers and shakers in society, because they have the ability to go within. However it’s more that walking is a huge stimulant to CT. Walking and CT are symbiotic. The golden rule when setting out on a good stomp, is always bring a pen and notepad. So you catch thoughts, like you’d catch a fish – there n then, in the moment. I would also suggest to have a note pad handy especially by your bed, also in the car, in your bag and even a waterproof marker in the bathroom so you can quickly scribble ideas on the bath tiles – catch those fish.

Walking not only brushes out the cobwebs, but exercises the right and left hemispheres of the brain, flushes your vital organs, and feeds your CNS with cerebral spinal fluid. In fact what does walking not do for the mind and body(?)

4/. Appreciation

Now this is a strange one. This may seem as if I’ve just plonked this here to make up the ten areas. But this is in fact very much related with CT. But it’s a tough one to explain and I’m not sure if I can.

To be able to appreciate tiny insignificant things in life I feel frees one up. It dissolves desire. To be content at a basic level with one’s personal materialistic possessions and these so-called modern wants and needs; allows one to drift one’s energy elsewhere. Everything is energy. So being pretty much released from the carnage of superficial imposed wants, and really appreciating the simple things in life – we can think freely. Objectively, with fluidity, clutter-free thinking, openly, without the consumeristic or kudos-based pulls – critically.

5/. Spiritual Meditation

Notice I have specifically suggested a ‘spiritual’ form of meditation, as opposed to just a feel-good-factor meditation. This is crucial. Because meditating is a sure method to connect up to the main grid. I would suggest this is our main objective in life – to have a spiritual connection with the Divine universe. Without this direct input into out souls we are mere mortal coils, disconnected and vacant. No matter what our worldly achievements may appear.

As with walking, all my great heros have had a spiritual connection at some level. All the true CTs, have been able at some level to tap into this resource of wisdom.

Meditation helps still the mind, filters out the clutter, settles the resonance, allows one to think more clearly, from a detached, responsive and more reflective position. Meditation = another must for CT.

6/. Read inspirational material

Both spiritual and appropriately engaging literature. Obviously avoiding all the main stream off-the-shelf type high street books. All that stuff does is keep one stupefied, ignorant, conditioned and debased. And one of the main reasons it is dangerous is it kills curiosity. We have lost the trait of being curious about what is going on around us. Yet we have never been in a period of history where real Truth has been so readily available. Real historical facts, original classic literature and up-to-date current affairs of this agenda. It’s just that we have to look in alternative places and do a bit of digging. We do need a fair amount of discernment too. There is an awful lot of rubbish out there posing as Truthing material and spirituality.

As a general rule, avoid anything which has a sniff of new-ageism. This is watered-down junk spirituality. One should just resource the pure original classics for unadulterated spiritual scripture. To repeat – we become what we absorb. To think critically we really ought to immerse ourselves in a duality of writings of critical thinkers and the true spiritual mystics.

7/. Start the process

To do anything, we have to start it. This gives us experience – practice. We just need to begin the process of thinking for ourselves, outside the main frame of conditioned thought. We should begin to express it in the best way we can, in whatever way comes naturally or is easiest to us. Be it through creative writing, art, musical abilities through songwriting, creative IT skills, drama, etc. Anything which allows our suppressed left-brain thought to have some freedom of expression.

Just like our memory skills, creativity skills exponentially increase. Creativity breeds creativity and critical thinking breeds critical thinking. We just need to engage and practice it.

8/. Be careful who you mix with

This is important in all aspects of life. In Vedic philosophy the term they use is: bad or good association. People’s traits do eventually rub off on us, even if we think we are independently minded. Be have to protect ourselves from negative influences. Many people are so tainted and poisoned by this talmudic lifestyle, that they think their lifestyles are normal – and they are to them. But we need to lead a more natural, spiritual existence if we are to remain sane, centered, strong and to critically think.

I would strongly suggest moving on from negative, destructive energies which will suck you into the darker side. Some people are energy vampires and don’t even realise it. Protect yourself. Protect your energy. Everything is energy.

9/. Immerse yourself in CT environments

Whatever you aspire to, whatever traits you want to adapt to in life; immerse yourself in the elements which make up these traits. To enhance our CT skills we need to be around people and environments which are in alignment with this. Seek out alternative thinkers – real alternative thinkers, not just new-agers who drift into the alternative ‘scene’. The difference between radical, outgoing thinkers with common sense, rather than just simple followers. There is a clear distinction.

Be mindful of infiltration, subversion and plain old disinformation. I think we may need to be independent bumble bees, abstracting appropriate Truth nectar here and there. Then coming to our own conclusions, having sufficiently digested and reflected on our various contacts and resources of information. Try to engage with as many CTs as you can.

10/. Trance sleep

Another strange one this. I don’t know what to really call it other than this. But please don’t get a social guilt trip for having deep deep sleeps. This insane society is designed to keep us in this rush, rush, rush on-our-toes mindset. But the simple reason for this is is doesn’t allow us time to think about the bigger picture and the purpose of life. To critically think. Perfect for our controllers.

The type of sleep I’m talking about is really immersing oneself in an almost meditative state where we can get some proper “dream research” done. Where we totally switch off, close down and fall into another reality. It’s a bit of an art to be able to do this. Some refer to this state as lucid dreaming. But these are all labels. You will know when you have reached this state. There is a clear difference between a deep trance sleep and just having a nap.

When you wake up – it’s like you’ve just had a journey. And indeed you have, into another reality. One of the first things you will notice is; paradoxically even though you may be just coming round to a new reality, and appear sleepy, you are extremely astute in your thoughts. Sometimes almost visionary and overloaded with conceptual thoughts. THAT’S THE TIME TO CATCH’EM LIKE A FISH. Get them scribbled down as fast as you can, before they escape. Quickly force yourself to sit up and as fast as you can scribble these thoughts down. They are not coming from an academic, logic-based mindful place; they are your inner wisdom, surging up. You’ve tapped into the main grid.

It does not matter how bizarre, ridiculous, unfounded or non-pragmatic they may initially seem in our monkey brain minds. Just grab’em and store them. They may just be enough to use as stepping stone thoughts to lead on to other thoughts to help you. Either for now, or later down the line. But you can’t allow them to escape. So pen and paper by your bed is an essential part of your CT kit.

    • Many thanks, I’m glad it helps at some level. I really don’t class myself as a ‘writer’ as such. I’m more of scribbler with glorified rants. I’m experienced and good at complaining that’s all :-). I’m just a guy who swings a hammer for a living (when I can find work) and I’m just ‘having a go’, like we all should. I’m not happy with what I’m seeing out there and I desperately want to do something about it.
